Terms of Service

Welcome to Aglow Studio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aglow Studio website, application, Looks, presets, collections, and related services ("Aglow Studio," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using Aglow Studio, creating an account, downloading or purchasing a Look or collection, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Aglow Studio's Looks, presets, collections, graphics, branding, logos, website content, application design, and other materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Aglow Studio remains the sole owner of all right, title, and interest in and to its Looks, presets, collections, software, branding, and other proprietary materials, except where ownership belongs to a third party.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any Aglow Studio Look, preset, collection, software, branding, or other intellectual property to you.

All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by Aglow Studio.

2. License to Use Looks and Presets

When you purchase, receive, or otherwise obtain an Aglow Studio Look or preset, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that Look or preset in accordance with these Terms.

The license allows you to use Aglow Studio Looks and presets for:

  • Personal photo editing

  • Your own professional photography work

  • Editing photographs for your photography clients or other professional work

Your purchase or download of a Look or preset does not transfer ownership of the Look, preset, collection, or underlying intellectual property to you.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not, without our prior written permission:

  • Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or publicly share Aglow Studio Looks or presets

  • Sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer Looks or presets

  • Give, distribute, or make Look or preset files available to another person

  • Upload Look or preset files to a public website, file-sharing service, marketplace, or other public network

  • Modify, adapt, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Look or preset files

  • Use Aglow Studio Looks or presets to create or sell competing presets, Looks, filters, or editing products

  • Use Aglow Studio's branding, logos, or other proprietary materials without our prior written permission

  • Attempt to extract, reproduce, or recreate the underlying files or technology used to create Aglow Studio Looks

These restrictions apply whether a Look or preset was purchased, included with Aglow Studio, provided as a free offering, or otherwise made available to you.

4. Your Photos

You retain ownership of photographs and other content that you upload to Aglow Studio.

By uploading a photo to Aglow Studio, you represent that you have the necessary rights or permission to use and edit that photo.

Aglow Studio does not acquire ownership of your photographs simply because you upload or edit them through the application.

5. Accounts

Certain Aglow Studio features may require you to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for activity that occurs through your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

6. Purchased Content

When you purchase a Look or collection through Aglow Studio, you are purchasing a license to use the applicable content under these Terms. You are not purchasing ownership of the underlying Look, preset, collection, or intellectual property.

Access to purchased content may depend on maintaining an Aglow Studio account and the continued availability of the applicable Aglow Studio service.

7. Violation of These Terms

If we reasonably determine that you have violated these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your license to use Aglow Studio Looks, presets, collections, or other proprietary materials.

If your license is terminated because of a violation of these Terms, you must stop using the applicable Looks, presets, and other materials and, where applicable, delete copies of those materials in your possession or control.

We reserve the right to use available legal remedies to prevent prohibited use and address violations of these Terms.

8. Aglow Studio Application

You may use the Aglow Studio application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the application, gain unauthorized access to the application or its systems, or use the application in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as Aglow Studio, our services, or applicable requirements change.

When we update these Terms, we will update the Effective Date shown at the beginning of the Terms.

Your continued use of Aglow Studio after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
